About Columbia Contractors


Columbia Contractors is a family owned and operated construction firm performing commercial and select residential projects in the Baltimore Washington metropolitan area. Our commercial construction projects range from store remodels for Subway Restaurants, tenant fit-outs and new construction to more challenging projects such as a tower foundation in a high water table locale or a railroad car unloading and conveying system.


New home construction, residential restoration and remodeling projects allow us to help create environments conducive to family growth and development. Historic restoration and remodeling projects offer unique opportunities to blend modern living and historic character. Homes, whose ages are counted, not in years, but by century, offer design and construction challenges where nothing can be taken for granted, not even the type of nail to be used in construction.
